Rite of the Sacred Tree
Be rooted in the Earth, Breathing from the Earth
The Rite of the Sacred Tree, which was passed on to me in the magic Temple of Gigantija in Gozo, the feminine island of Malta.
The Temple of Ggantija symbolizes the purification of the head. The temple was a place to bring women together to give and receive, and to hold rituals and initiations.
In the temple I received an initiation that reconnected me with the firm bedding of the earth. While I received this initiation, I felt the energy of a circle of stones and a circle of women, both connected to the creative and healing channel of the Earth Mother. A high healing vibration from the earth flowed through me.
I was asked to integrate these first and then pass them on to women. That time has come.
